Refund policy

What you can expect if a InviteCraft plan isn't right for you, and how to ask for your money back.

Last updated 16 October 2026

1.What you are buying

InviteCraft plans (Standard and Premium) are a one-time purchase of a digital product: access for your account to publish and share invitation websites with our designs. There is no subscription and nothing is charged again. You can design and preview every invitation for free before you pay, so you can see exactly what you get.

2.When you can ask for a refund

You can request a full refund when:

  • you ask within [N] days of your payment, and
  • you haven't published an invitation or sent guest links with that plan yet. [Owner: confirm or change this condition]

We will also refund you if you were charged twice by mistake, or if a problem on our side stops you from publishing and we can't fix it. [Owner: add or remove conditions, e.g. partial refunds after publishing]

Because an invitation is delivered as soon as it is published and shared with guests, we can't normally refund a plan after that, except where the law of your country gives you that right.

3.How to ask

Write to support@invitecraft.app from the email on your account, with the date and amount you paid and, if you like, the reason. You can also message us on WhatsApp. We reply within [N] working days.

Approved refunds go back the way you paid: to the same card, or by bank transfer for bank payments. Card refunds can take [5–10] working days to appear, depending on your bank.

4.After a refund

Once a refund is made, the plan is removed from your account. Your invitations stay in your dashboard, but you can no longer publish or share them, and we may unpublish any that are live, until you buy a plan again.

5.Card payments and currencies

Card payments may be processed by a third-party merchant of record, a payment company that sells the plan on our behalf and appears on your statement. In that case its checkout terms also apply, and refunds are issued through it.

Prices on our site are shown in your local currency for convenience. Card checkout charges the equivalent amount in US dollars (USD) or euros (EUR), so the amount on your statement can differ slightly because of your bank's exchange rate and fees. Refunds are made in the currency you were charged, and we can't cover exchange-rate differences or bank fees.
