Terms of service
The rules for using InviteCraft, kept short and in plain English. By creating an account or using the site you agree to them.
Last updated 16 October 2026
1.The service
InviteCraft (invitecraft.app) lets you design interactive invitation websites, send personal links to your guests, collect their replies (RSVPs) and make free picture cards. You can design and preview for free; publishing and sharing an invitation needs a paid plan.
2.Your account
- You must be at least 16 and give a real name and an email address you can receive mail at.
- Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- One account is for one person or family. Don't share or resell access.
3.Plans and payment
- We sell two one-time plans, not subscriptions. Standard unlocks the Standard designs; Premium unlocks every design. Prices are shown on the pricing page in your local currency.
- You pay by bank transfer (bank QR code) or as arranged with us on WhatsApp. We give your account access once we have confirmed the payment, usually within a few hours.
- A plan covers the account it was bought for, with unlimited invitations and guests, for as long as InviteCraft runs. You can move from Standard to Premium by paying the difference.
- We may change prices for new purchases. That never affects a plan you have already paid for.
4.Refunds
When and how you can get your money back is explained in our Refund Policy. If something isn't right with your purchase, write to support@invitecraft.app.
5.Your content
- The text, photos, music and guest details you add are yours. You give us permission to store them, show them to the people you share your invitation with, and process them as needed to run the service.
- Only upload what you have the right to use: your own photos, or music and images you are licensed to share.
- You are responsible for your guest list and for having a good reason to send people your invitation.
- Our designs, templates, artwork, code and brand belong to InviteCraft. Your plan lets you use them for your own invitations, not copy or resell them.
6.Acceptable use
Use InviteCraft for real celebrations. Don't use it to:
- publish anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent or misleading;
- infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or privacy;
- send spam, phishing or scams, or pretend to be someone else;
- upload malware, try to break into accounts, or overload or scrape the service.
We may unpublish content or suspend an account that breaks these rules, and we will tell you why when we can.
7.Availability
We work hard to keep invitations online, but we can't promise the service will always be available or free of errors. We may improve, change or retire features and designs; published invitations will keep working wherever we reasonably can. Keep your own copy of anything important, like your guest list.
8.Limitation of liability
InviteCraft is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as a missed reply, a guest who didn't open their link, or costs of an event. Our total liability to you for anything related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
9.Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Dashboard → Account; your invitations then stop working. We may close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
10.Privacy
How we handle your data, and your guests' replies, is explained in our Privacy Policy.
11.Changes and contact
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you by email or on the site. Questions? Write to support@invitecraft.app or message us on WhatsApp.
